Here is a fastly code:

Dim ListItems As Variant
Dim i As Integer

ListItems = Range("A1:A1000").Value
ListItems = Application.WorksheetFunction.Transpose(ListItems)

With CB1 'CB1 Stands for ComboBox1
For i = 1 To UBound(ListItems)
.AddItem ListItems(i) ' populate the listbox
Next i
End With
