Default Compare columns for duplicates

I want to compare names of one column to names of another column to find the
non duplicates. How can i do this?

Default Compare columns for duplicates

I forgot to point out that after you have applied the Microsoft formula
solution apply a Blank filter to column B and there is your list of non
duplicates
