Borders - How to make permanent?
Is there a way to make the Border (lines) more
permanent? I have some borders to separate section of the spread sheet but sometimes I want to drag formulas across sections. Once I do that the border in that column disappear (over written). Is there a way to keep borders in place until I really want them removed? Thanks AC |

With XL04 (and IIRC, XL03), the smart button that pops up after a drag
and drop allows you to fill without formatting. Alternatively, right-clicking while dragging will give that option. In article , "AC" wrote: Is there a way to make the Border (lines) more permanent?
