Windows Media Codec Office Demos

When we play the Demos for MS Office just a black screen shows and at the
bottom it shows as done. If I right click and view the error once it said
something about a codec could not be loaded. Any idea which codec I need?
The strange thing is I clicked on the help that goes to the internet and our
security software poped up for me to enter my internet userid and password
and Then my demo started to play. This maybe something that I need to
setup to allow a website/codec to pass through my security software. Does
anyone know how I could find the address or a way to push this codec down to
my machines?
