"Page Setup" under the "File" menu is disabled; I can't change mar

I have a résumé Word 2003 document. I can no longer change the margins of
that document because the "Page Settings" element of the "File" menu is now
disabled. The document was originally created by résumé "Expert A" on her
work computer. I modified it a lot on my home computer and computers at
school. I later added another Windows XP user account to my system. Later,
Résumé "Expert B" *did* check the margins on a computer in a community-based
public computer lab. After I got home, I noticed I couldn't access my "Page
Settings" any more!

I *do* have another document created years ago that DOES allow me to get
into the FILE PAGE SETTINGS menu to change its settings, so that DOES work
on my Word 2003--just not on my résumé document. How can I fix this?

Maybe the document has been protected. From the Tools menu, select
Unprotect.
