Email Addresses
I now have Outlook 2003. When I used Outlook 2002 and I was writing a new email, I was able to just type in the persons name and it would get underlined because the system recognized the name and knew the email address from my contact book. Now, when I type in a name it underlines it in red and it wants me to choose an email address or the fax # comes up. What to do?

Email Addresses
Check your Email Preference -- Tools OptionsPreferences E-mail Options Advanced E-mail options. If you have Outlook configured to automatically check names and to suggest names, it will build a file to automatically resolve names/addresses that you have used before. The file will be empty when start and it will ask you to choose a specific e-mail address if you type a name that has more than one match. As you use it, more and more recipients will be automatically resolved.
