Default Remove a word from Spellchecker Dictionary

Hello,

I would appreciate a little help, please.

Simply, I would like to remove the word "OT" from the spell check original dictionary.
How can I find the dictionary and accomplish this?
This is the original dictionary, not the "custom.dic".

Many thanks in advance,
dc

I was surprised to find "OT" in the main dictionary, but it is there. I
don't think it's editable but ... famous last words g.
