Default Limit Records Displayed

I have a form the is linked to a report to be printed. I have a lot of
records sometimes that need to go to the report. I was wondering if it is
possible to have only a certian number of records on each report, say 6, and
then if there is more than that another report, identical to the last one
only with the next 6 records or the rest of the records. I would like all
the other information to be reprinted on the second report and not just the
records.
Thanks

The easiest solution is to use the Page Header/Footer and Report
Header/Footer. It sounds like you have everything in the Detail section of
the report. If you cannot see the Header/Footer sections, right-click on the
Detail bar and you will see options for Page and Report Header/Footers.
Click on Page Header/Footer and you will see new areas above and below the
Detail section.

Place the information you want printed on the top of every page in the Page
Header section. Place the information you want printed on the bottom of
every page in the Page Footer section.

Whatever you want to be on just the first page should go in the Report
Header. Whatever you want to be on just the last page should go in the
Report Footer.
