Default Recover CSV Files

I recently had to redo a roaming profile on our server
and the user no longer has his list of Contacts or
email. Is there still a way to recover those CSV files?
I saved his profile folder on the server and
workstation. I have not been able to find any CSV files
in either location.

Thank you for any assistance you can give in this matter.

Outlook doesn't store data in .csv files. If the user was not connected to
an Exchange mailbox, then the data would be in .pst files.
