Do you mean that you want to uninstall Outlook? Remove it from your system
while retaining the rest of the Office 2003 suite on your machine?
If that's what you want to do go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
Find Office 2003 listed, run the setup, and as you go through the "Remove
components" process it will let you select the Outlook application to remove.

If you mean something else, please clarify.
