Default can't save the output data to the file you've selected

I have this app distributed to several desktops throughout the company. On 1
and only 1 desktop, when the user tries to analyze a report with Excel and
export the file to their desktop using the built-in toolbar, they get the
above error msg. I'm certain it's nothing in Access, not so certain about
Excel, but more inclined to suspect the OS somehow. She's using win2k
standard, as are most of the users.

Please help

Thanks,

Bill
