Default Installation Question - Student/Teacher Office 2003

Greetings,

I am curious, before I do this, of installing my wifes copy
of Student/Teacher Office on both of our computers. We are
both currently running Office 2000 versions. I am most
concerned about Outlook, and installing a ful; product
(versus installing the typical upgrade, which I know looks
at everything you had in the previous version, etc). So -
will installing the Student Teacher Office 2003 blow up any
previous messages/address book in our current Outlook
program?

Thanks
