Converting Timeline from Visio 2003 to Visio 2002
I have created a Timeline in Visio 2003. My customer uses Visio 2002. When I
save as 2002 drawing format the customer can read the files but can not use the timeline features (e.g. automatic dating if a milestone is moved, etc.). What can I do to make the drawing properly editable in Visio 2002? -- Mike |

The v2003 and v2002 timelines use different add-ins (i.e. different modules)
which are called by the shapes in the templates. You'll probably end up creating them in v2002 format. Al "Mike" wrote in message ... I have created a Timeline in Visio 2003. Visio added some significant changes to the timeline stencil, but these
features will be lost when you save the drawing as a Visio 2002 drawing. (The extra functionality is in the Visio 2003 code rather than the stencil) John...
