Outlook 2003: Internet Mail Only

I have a message with an attachment, in italics stuck in the outbox. Virus scanning is disabled, can't delete, move, or open. When I try to open, it says it is in the process of transmitting the message, but it is not doing anything. It is causing other messages not to go out as well. Please help!

I have stoped NAV from running, but it still just sits there in the outbox. I will uninstall, but is there a way if that doesn't work to delete the msg?

The first thing to try would be to close Outlook and use the Inbox Repair tool
to try to repair your PST. If you are not familiar with the Inbox Repair
tool, see this Knowledge Base article for instructions about how to use it.

NOTE: There is actually no such thing as "Internet Mail Only" mode in Outlook
2003; in OL2000 we had two different modes but there's only one now.
