Something like this maybe...
=INT(A1/7)&" weeks and "&(A1-7*INT(A1/7))&" days" An alternate way to write this would be... =INT(A1/7)&" weeks and "&7*MOD(A1/7,1)&" days" -- Rick (MVP - Excel) "eric" wrote in message ...
