Default Meeting Invite

My boss would like to send a meeting invitation to a client but wants it
automatically added to their calendar without having to accept or decline. Is
this possible and if so how? I have spent an hour trying to figure it out.

No, its not possible. He can use the option to not require responses but
they will still need to accept unless they have outlook set to auto accept.
