Default Page top margin .....

I am using an existing Word doc. of 4 pages. It is in Adobe PDF format. I
need to change the top margins of each page to allow for a company logo top
margin page one of 3.0 inches. Subsequent pages top margins will be set at
one half inch. So.... it will print with these different top margins.

On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different first page."
This will allow you to have a separate First Page Header, which can be as
deep as you like; it will effectively push the document margin down without
your having to change the actual margin setting. For more, see
