upgrading from trial version

On my new computer I installed from the MS site the trial version. Ordered a
new retail version through an E-bay seller. When it arrived, I could not use
the Product Key to upgrade from the trial, as the trial had expired (it's 60
days OR 25 uses - the 25 uses went quickly). So, I tried to install from the
disk. It would not install (not on my other computer either). So, I assume
there is a problem with the disk. Getting ready to buy another program. On
the one I bought, it says on the Certif. of Auth. "Office Pro 2007 Wm32
English Intl Not to US CD". Does that mean it won't work in the US??? Don't
want to make the same mistake. Help!

Not knowing who you purchased from on eBay you probably bought a pirated
version of Office anyhow. While there are some legitimate sellers out there
most selling Office on eBay are crooks.

Now, in the off-chance that it really is a legitimate version of Office in a
Microsoft case that you can see a sample of he http://snipurl.com/jt0m5
[www_amazon_com], you need to uninstall the trial totally, along with any
activation assistant and then attempt to install from the CD/DVD. If this
is really a legitimate version, please post any error messages you receive
during the install and we will be very happy to help you get it installed.
