Office 2003 to Office 2007
I am in school and we have to use 2003 but I had down loaded the free trial
of 2007 and found no problems with it. Execpt I love using it but here is the kicker I can buy Office Professional 2003 for $50 through school and I can't even afford the student version that does not have all the things for it to have for school. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade to 2007 professional if I bought the Office 2003 Pro. verison allready? Cheaply or free would be nice! |

I'm not certain if the academic license is upgradeable. You really need to
ask your school's IT staff that question. If you can, you can purchase the upgrade. No, it's not free and it's not exactly cheap. Microsoft's price is $329. -- JoAnn Paules Microsoft MVP - Publisher How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 "Mike Ebert" wrote in message ... Office 2003 to Office 2007
Note that the new "Home and Student" version of Office 2007 doesn't include
the same applications as the "Student and Teacher" version of Office 2003. So, whether 2007 H&S would be sufficient would depend on whether it contains everything you need. If you're used to Outlook, know that it does NOT come with Office Home and Student 2007 (it was part of Office S & T 2003). The different suites are described he http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...635841033.aspx -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "Rob" wrote in message ps.com...
