Default product key

i have been trying to use my microsoft office and i keep getting a prompt for
name , initial, business , and product key. However everytime i type in the
product key, i get a message that state the product key is incorrect. The
product key i am typing is the one that came with the system in the box.
What am i supposed to do? i have been unable to use word, exel, etc. since i
bought this system.

The product key i am typing is the one that came with the system in the box.

Is this the key that came for your OS or is it specific for Office. Was Office already installed when you bought the computer??

Let's try this again.

Where did you get the copy of Office that you tried to install but got the
error message about the product key?
