Default can't download some newsgroup data

i am from china,when i use oe6 to connect some home newsgroup server such as
news.newsfan.net,it will come out the message tcp/ip error
how is that?

Since you are located in China, check with your ISP. The Chinese gov't may
not allow you to full access to certain news servers or newsgroups.
