Default Outllok Recurrance

Is it possible to set a reccurance to alternate Tuesdays at different times

I keep setting one Tuesday mtg. for 1hr to alternate 2 weeks later on a
Tuesday for a mtg for 3hrs but Outlook wants me to choose one or the other.

Can days & times alternate ?
