Mr. Valentine:
Under HelpAbout Outlook it says Outlook 2000. I

don't
know what mail support mode refers to.
Thanks,

Post your correct Outlook version and mail support

mode.
You said Outlook 2000, in which case the Tools menu
would include a Services
option.
Try again.

Mr. Valentine:
Thanks for response. But, here are the choices

in
my
Tools menu (when the Contacts are on the screen):
Address Book
Find
Advanced Find
Organize
Empty Deleted Items Folder
Forms
Macro
Mail Merge
Accounts
Customize
Options
Update contacs from Customer Manager
Customer Manager Activity Tracker Options
Separate Contacts from Customer Manager.

No submenus give me an OUtlook Address Book

Service.

Am I soing something wrong?
Thanks,
Bob adler

Running Outlook 2000.
Somehow, my contacts, which are sorted

ascending
by
last
name, started showing up in the "Select Names"

box
sorted
by first name when I click "To" when trying to
address
a
new email. So, when I type the last name of

the
addressee in the white box to the left of

the "Find"
button, the contact does not come up; first

names
come
up.
What's the fix?
Thanks, in advance.
Bob Adler
