Reinstall
I had to reset my computer. I'm now trying to open existing word documents, but I'm being asked for a 25 digit product key. My windows XP number doesn't work. Is this number in a file on my computer. Microsoft office came with my computer.

Hi Chris,
It is asking for the Product key. The Product key is located in the back of the WORD Cd package, it is a 25 character. Since you mentioned that the Office came with your computer, i would request you to contact your computer manufacturer. They would have your Product key. Thank You... Raghu...
