Apostrophes
When I paste Word text to the Internet or view email (Eudora), apostrophes display as small boxes (squares).
This began happening about two months ago. Any ideas as to why apostrophes are displaying as apostrophes? Thanks for any help!

Hi Wendy
You may have turned on the option in Tools AutoCorrect AutoFormat As You Type to replace 'straight' quotes with 'smart' quotes -- ones that curve in opposite directions for the opening and closing quotes.
