How do I set the permissions to a calendar for a group?

Default Exchange 2007 calendar permissions

you need exchange server - right click on the folder, choose properties and
assign permissions.

Can I do this centrally from our Exchange 2007 server for 250 accounts?

It says it worked but I didnt see any changes.
