Default messages not received

For the last month I have not been receiving messages, but I find I can send
messages. I am not aware of making any configuration changes. Please
suggest a likely fix or things to check. Thanks

I guess the first thing to do would be use the Test Accounts option, ie send
a test msg to yourself, see if any err msg is generated.
Another thing to do would be to use your web mail access and see if msgs are
shown there

And what happens when you try? What version of Outlook? What account type?
Have you logged into your mailbox with a wen browser to see if there are new
messages there?
