Default Free/Busy Problem

Enviornment -
Windows 2000/SP3
Exchange 2000/SP4
Clients - Outlook 2000/2002/2003

I have (1) user that is running Windows 2K/Outlook 2K. When she tries to
plan a meeting, the free/busy information comes up as No Information. If I
try from my computer, Windows 2K/Outlook 2002, using the same attendees, it
works. I had her logon to another computer, Windows 2K/Outlook 2003, and she
continued to experience the same problem. So, it would appear it's not a
client PC issue, but something related to her user account. No one else has
reported this problem. How can I go about tracking down what the problem is?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

John
