Default Outlook calendars

I have 2 different calendars in Outlook - one is for personal use & the other
is shared. Some of my appointments need to get posted to both calendars. Is
there a way to link the calendars and post once instead of twice?

There is third party software you can buy that will keep two calendars in
sync.
