Default Calendar folder could not be found

I have a user that when she goes into Calendar on Outlook
2003 and selects 2 people from her list under "Other
Calendars" they open fine, but if she tries for a 3rd
person, it then says Calendar folder could not be found".

If she deselects the first two and then tries another
one, she gets the same error message.

However, if she closes Outlook and restarts it, she can
then get into the other calendars, but only 2 at a time
before having to restart Outlook.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

I have the same problem here with one of my customers.

by performing the Start | Run and using

outlook /cleanfreebusy

multiple calendars can be opened until she closes Outlook 2003 and then
the problem continues unless I start Outlook with the switch.

microsoft support site does not refer to this problem YET.

Office 2003 SP1 is installed.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have got this problem within two seperate Outlook orgs. If I create a new
store and move a mailbox to the new store. The issues occurs.
I can get rid of the issue by using Outlook 2003 without cached mode.

Once you switch cached mode back on, you then can only open 1 extra calendar.
I have a call logged with Microsoft , who are investigating. As soon as I
have a fix I shall let you know.

Also if I move the user back to the original store the problem goes away.
Using Outlook 2003 and Sp1.
