Settings "greyed out"
Hi
We upgraded a few clients (Windows XP nad /Outlook or Outlook express) to Outlook 2003 to connect to an Exchange 2003. Some of the clients have some options "greyed out". I for one cannot change the junkmail setting. Its set to "don't ask just delete" - don't like that option, but Im unable to change it. One user cannot change the setting to include his personal contacts in the addressbook - makes it somewhat a pain to write new mails as he has to open the addressbook in a seperate window and copy/past :-) Why is this happening and what do we need to do to change this? Best regards Jan Agermose |
