Default Setup e-mail accounts

When tried to setup email accounts in Outlook 2003.
Always unsuccessfully & prompts error.

"The action could not be completed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action."

Pls advice.

Are you using an Exchange server? Contact your mail administrator or ISP for
the connection settings, username and password if you don't have this
information.

Ouch, I wouldn't do that! It's not even recommended by Microsoft. Use OWA or
emulate a Windows XP machine by means of Virtual PC instead.
