FOLDERS WITH .DBX EXTENSION

Hi,

How can you get folders with .DBX extension back into the Microsoft Outlook Local Folders listsing, I am in dire need to have this back since a user saved all my folders

Where might a person locate "insideoe.tomasterdam.com"?
I've tried it in the address bar, but it comes up as an
invalid web location. And search can't find anything of
the sort.
