Arghh, Headers and Footers problem - can you solve it?

Hi got this document. i just want the first page to have the header
and footer on it and all other pages just to have the footer on it.
I've included the file to help. Thanks alot cos this is annoying me no
end!

To get different headers/footers on the first page as compared to the other
pages, chose
File - Page Setup - Layout - Different First page.
