Default I need to make a form out of an image already on my publisher page

I have some "boxes" with information and a checkmark box in an image i copied
into a publisher document...... I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to use
the checkmark box or highlight anything because it is an image...not a form.
Someone made the boxes for me as images.... she isnt' familar with publisher
but said I should be able to lay a form over the image......but I have
searched and I can NOT figure out how to do anything like that.......
HELP........

Place the form on the Master Page (View menu), create text boxes for the
fill-ins on the publication page.

The only other suggestion I would have is for you to recreate the form. You can
link the text boxes so as to go from one fill-in to the next. This is fine if
everyone using the form is also using Publisher.
You may want to think about changing the form to a .tif, opening it in Microsoft
Document Imaging and run it through the OCR. The formatting will be lost, but at
least the text is there.

Take a look at Word's fill-in option.

Or output the form to a .pdf creator (Acrobat Pro, or any pdf creator
capable of creating fillable forms), then in Acrobat create fields and check
boxes save it and use the pdf as your form.
