Default Office 2003 setup for deployment

Im tasked with setting up 25 machines our company bought for users here. These machines came from Dell with WinXP and Off2003 both OEM. I prefer to reinstall all software from scratch, sysprep it, and image it. But I would like to know of the best method to install Office 2003 and to deal with the product keys and activation. I dont mind entering the cdkey and doing the activation manually on each machine, seeing as these are OEM not VL versions I figure that is best case scenario.

But how do I install Office 2003 OEM so I may sysprep/image the system, then upon running the program, be able to enter a new cdkey and get it activated? Any suggestions would be great.
