Default Charts - Align value & category data labels independently

In the next version of Excel, I would like Excel charts to allow me to align
value data labels, category data labels and series data labels idenpendently
of one another. For example, I should be able use the Format Data Series
dialogue box to align the category data labels with the "Inside Base" setting
while aligning the value labels with the "Outside End" setting.

Well, that won't happen. But you could plot each series three times, once
each for the types of labels you are using.
