Bar Graph Data Point alignment
I have an embedded Bargraph from an excel workbook on a Powerpoint Slide. I
am displaying the data point value at the top of the bar. I can not get the displayed data point values to line up so the read in a "straight line" left to right. |

You have to click on each value and align them manually.

I would use separate textboxes to do this because, as you have seen, there's
unfortunately no way to align the data labels. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2007? http://www.echosvoice.com/2007.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "Kenneth.williams" wrote in message ... Bar Graph Data Point alignment
Hi,
You may be able to use a additional data series plotted on the secondary axis. The bars would be formatted to have no fill or border. Its data labels would be position inside base. Post back if you need more details. But include sample data and a description of how/where you want the labels aligned. And the xl version.
