Default Can't "Shift Cells Up" anymore? why?

I have been using "Shift Cells Up" and/or "Shift Cells Left" in the Delete
cell dialog box - but now it is no longer available to select. "Delete Entire
Row" and "Delete Entire Column" is the only options... what needs changed so
I can use this again? I have used this function in Excel 2007 every month
since we upgraded so I dont understand why it all of a sudden isnt working
anymore..

Hi,

Check whether any column is autofiltered to a particular cell value.

Regards,
