Default Print a Report from a form that gives a query Result

I want the users to be able to print a Report based on a query.
I have form with a drop down menu they can query. I would like for them to
be able to select from the drop down and either view the query screen (read
only) or print with/without viewing.
Thanks,
Evert

Evert,

Yes, there is no problem with doing this. When you say "drop down
menu", I think you are referring to a combobox. You can reference this
combobox in the criteria of the applicable field in a query, using
syntax such as...
[Forms]![NameOfYourForm]![NameOfCombobox]
Then you use this query as the record source of the report.

If you need more explicit help with this, please provide more details,
with examples. If you are having some difficulty, please let us know
what the problem is.
