Menubar missing in messages in inbox and in new message window
Hello,
I have a client that is missing all toolbars including the menu bar in any message that is opened in the inbox. They are also missing in the new message window, so the client is unable to even send mail. I ran Outlook in Safe Mode and the toolbars and menu bar are present in safe mode. However, there is no apparent way to reset the toolbars or menu bars so they will be present in normal mode. My client is configured to use an exchange server, if that information helps. Also have tried to recreate a new profile with no success. Any information on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jim mrfixitct |

Nevermind. I answered my own question. I deleted the outcmd.dat file under the "C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\" directory. That reset the toolbars just fine.
