Custom Paper Size For Publisher

I've created 2 custom paper sizes using the "Print Sever Properties" method
as suggested by Microsoft and yet neither of these new forms are being shown
in Publisher (or word) in either Page Set-Up or Printer Options.

Any ideas as to why?

You have no idea about setting up print servers.
Suggest you find somebody that knows what they are doing in setting up print
servers.

Are you using a print server? (Sounds like a dumb question but you never
know...)
