video clip won't show in powerpoint

Hi

I have inserted a video clip (13Mb, .avi file) into a slide in
powerpoint 2003 but when I run the pres the screen remains blank for
the video. The sound comes through ok it is just the picture that will
not appear. I have tried pushing the video to full screen and have
also installed a decoder, but to no avail !

Any ideas - will be gratefully received.

Is this on your computer/laptop or when projected?

Try lowering your hardware acceleration. See:
