Default dual monitor support

my church is running power point and the overhead screen is feed off of the
second video out and each and every time we have to change the display
monitor to the second monitor... microsoft says there is a hot fix but does
not say how to get it off the internet...
Can anyone heklp me...

Do you turn on the video projector prior to booting the computer? It seems
to me we had the same problem... I don't remember a software fix. The
computer may not recognize the second graphics card if it is not active.
Try turning on the projector first.

Hot fixes are not generally available for download. You have to call
Microsoft and request them.
