Excel needs to let the user set the sort default to "NO HEADER ROW
When I grab a selection to Sort within an Excell worksheet and click my Sort
button arrow I never know if Excel will arbitrarily decide that I have a header row. I rarely do and when I have tried to "trick" Excel by selecting the header row with the body that I wish to sort - it always sorts the header with the body! It costs me about 30 minutes per day in wasted time manually setting up each sort and that quickly adds up to a lot of wasted time and money. It should be a simple patch to allow the user to select the default sort rather than some MS algorithim that is more often wrong than right! ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
