Profile Storage Errors Since Migration to Office XP

We have a quota set for profile storage for all of our
users.

Since the upgrade to office xp we have been getting a lot
of profile storage exceeded errors.

I have noticed that the entire contents of my documents is
copied to the application data part of the users profile
when they log on. Some of our users would have huge
amounts of documents and this is why they are getting
profile storage errors.

Is there anyway around this (Apart from increasing profile
quota size)?
