master document and endnotes
I have a Word 2007 document with nine separate chapters each with its own set
of endnotes. I wish to form these chapters into one document with each set of endnotes at the end but retaining their original numbers; that is similar to a book. I used to know how to do this but have forgotten how -- bobnich
