Default rotating shape but keeping text horizontal

I've created shapes which have a label in them but which can also rotate
around 360 degs. is there any way of keeping the text from rotating so it
still reads horizontally?

TIA

select the shape
menu Window - Show ShapeSheet
menu Insert - Section
and select Text Transform (ignore this if it already exists)
In the Text Transform section cell TxtAngle set the formula to
ANG360(-Angle)
