2007 beta: obtaining a refund
Yesterday I downloaded Office 2007 Pro Plus beta (along with Visio and
Outlook Business Contact Manager), for which I had to pay a nominal fee. After successfully installing Office this morning I was unfortunately unable to activate it - as noted by many posters here. Given that, judging by responses from MVPs, the activation process is permanently disabled, I am left with only a handful of restarts, after which the software will be rendered pretty much useless. My question is how do I get my refund? Or how do I obtain offline activation for my product? thank you. ps. No, I do not claim to be a beta tester. The product was made available for download for everyone. |

2007 beta: obtaining a refund
The activation process will be continued up to the expiration cycle of the present 2007 Office System beta products. At present
there is a problem with the beta product activation servers that MS is working to resolve. Unfortunately, how long that will take isn't known, but please hang in there ==================== "kaczor47" wrote in message ups.com...
