I am preparing a Publisher file for print - it's a magazine.

We have made the margins quite narrow which is fine for the printer but not
as far as previewing goes my end - it drops off the edge of the page - also
cannot preview in double-page because it previews incorrectly - presumably
because my printer does not automatically do double sided printing.

Is there a way around this so we can preview what we are producing, before
it goes to the printers - i.e. a dummy printer?

Many thanks

If you select a PDF printer or the Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing as your
printer output in page setup and preview you will see the entire page. The latter
driver is available in the Add printer in the Printers and Fax folder.
There are free PDF converters around, this is one

The Commercial PS printer driver is already on your computer, did you try it?
